My dream penthouse
We purchased the penthouse here, a spacious five bedroom with an en-suite master bedroom and spacious living and dining area. The common space within the house is definitely larger than you will find elsewhere. As for the rest of the property, the developer has focused their attention on the community spaces as I noticed the pool, gym and facilties are designed to be functional and not just a new project’s requirement. Besides that, the project is well connected to public transportation and shopping areas. -

Convenient
Besides the convenience of the nearby airport, The Clovers is also close to eateries, hawkers, banks and more. I’ve got plenty of schools, hospitals and even the beach not too far away. The Clovers also has good design and space utilization. My apartment is spacious and the developer has applied quality flooring and kitchen appliances. Penang itself is growing at great speed so that should help in property appreciation in the long run. -

Penang is hot property
Penang is developing at such a fast pace with high quality public infrastructure and modern residential projects. Back in 2018 when we were scouting for a premium apartment, The Clovers at Penang made a lot of sense for us. It's very close to the Penang international airport and my factory at the industrial zone. I used to fly at least once a month so I wanted a nice apartment close to the airport. Our family uses the gym, pool and basketball court regularly too. -
