Great for Mixed Use Hold — But Long-Term Dura

We invested here partly because the aparthotel-style units already have kitchens, washer/dryer, and flexibility. But the real test will be how the building ages. If management stays on top of repairs, utilities, and common area upkeep, this place can age nicely. If not, guest reviews — especially about comfort and responsiveness — will haunt resale.

Tourist Magnet with Rental Appeal

Because it’s so close to LEGOLAND and Medini attractions, we decided to buy and rent short term. Demand is decent during holidays. But a recurring complaint from guests is the “bed is too hard” and WiFi being weak. We’re budgeting to upgrade mattresses and network infrastructure to reduce complaints.
