  One of My Favourite Areas

  Honestly the location is what got me first. The mall is literally right there, so food and groceries are never a problem. The unit itself is spacious and gets decent natural light in the morning. Building feels well kept and security is always around, which I appreciate as a solo tenant. Only thing I would say is that the area can get a bit busy on weekends, but that is just Mid Valley being Mid Valley. Overall really happy with where I am, and would not trade the convenience for anything.

  Worth Staying Here

  Moved here about a year ago for work and it has been pretty smooth. The commute is the biggest plus for me since the KTM is just a short walk and I do not need to drive every day. Room is comfortable, bigger than I expected for a serviced residence. The gym is there when I need it and the pool area is pleasant for evenings. Nearby food options are honestly too many to list. Would recommend especially for working professionals.

  Refined living with good location

  I have been renting here for over a year now and the lifestyle it offers is hard to replicate elsewhere in KL. The unit I'm in is generously sized and the finishes feel premium with proper full-height windows that bring in good natural light throughout the day. The pool area is well-maintained, quiet on weekday mornings, and the gym is decently equipped for daily use. What really makes this stand out is the immediate surroundings. Security has always been attentive and professional in my experience. Ideal for working professionals or expats who want zero compromise on convenience.
