  Have been here long enough to appreciate the consistency. Management keeps the building in excellent shape. Location is convenient with access to public transport and surrounding commercial areas. Units are practical and comfortable. The community is friendly and neighbours are respectful. Facilities are adequate for daily living. Good value at the current price point. Recommend for young professionals and small families.

  Moved to iResidence about a year ago and it has met expectations consistently. The management team is one of the better ones I've encountered – responsive, transparent, and proactive. Location gives good access to public transport and major highways. Nearby amenities cover daily needs well. Units are well-designed with efficient use of space. Good community of residents. Strong rental demand reflects the quality of the location.
