  Well-maintained and good facilities

  Rented a unit here since my company placed me in Medini. The place is well-maintained, quiet, and the facilities are a bonus after work. There’s a good mix of locals and other expats, and I never feel out of place. Easy to get groceries and grab dinner nearby.

  Suitable for all 3 generation - with hospital

  We moved in as a family of six and got the biggest layout. My kids love the pool and my parents use the park nearby every morning. There’s enough room for everyone, and it still feels modern and easy to maintain. Plus, Gleneagles Hospital and good schools are all within reach. It’s not easy finding something that suits three generations under one roof, but this place fits well.

  Fulfils all the basic needs

  Been staying here for about 8 months now. Location’s convenient for work and weekends with malls, banks and food all nearby. My unit’s cozy, and I like having access to the gym and squash court without extra fees. Security’s solid too, so I feel safe coming home late.
