Great first property
Saved up and purchased here as my first home. Price was reasonable compared to other KL options. Facilities are well maintained and the management is responsive. Good mix of families and young professionals.

Retirement with a view
Downsized from a landed home and chose this for convenience. Everything is within short driving distance, from groceries to dining. I enjoy morning walks around the landscaped areas. It’s simple, secure, and easy to maintain.

Balanced lifestyle
Strategic location with practical facilities. Pool, gym, and lounge cover most needs. Comfortable stay since the day I bought it
