  Bad development and unprofessional developer

  Please don't buy their projects. Don't get cheated cause peoples said they are main con for exism. You will regret. Their workmanships are bad especially after two years. A lot of wall cracks, some raining water can coming in the house. Water leaking from upper floors to lower floors. Parking area if raining day, it will flood with waters. Parking floors full of holes. Very cheapskate developer.

  So classy

  When we went to see the show flat, we were mesmerised by the classy style of design. The floor to ceiling windows ensure a lot of light in the apartment and the build was looking great too. It’s now been a year since we've been staying at the Nest Residences and we are happy to report it is as nice as the marketing material and show flat if not better. The view definitely is nicer from the higher floors. We don’t have the corner apartment since the larger ones occupy those, but it's still a great view nonetheless.

  Nest is luxurious

  Have been living at the Nest Residences since last year. Now, this old area has such luxurious developments like Nest Residences - I really love it. I’ve got a 1235 sq ft three bedroom apartment here that’s spacious and boasts good quality construction, furniture and furnishings. I admit that I'm a bit of a show-off, so the locality, building design and interior had to be desirable. My Nest apartment is just that.

  Nostalgic

  My parents used to run a store at Old Klang Road back in the day when I was a kid. It’s a very nostalgic experience for me buying an apartment at Nest Residences after I lost both my parents a few years ago. The location is lovely now with all the development and some wonderful localities around such as Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil and Petaling Jaya. To think that we used to walk around in slippers, and now have a wonderful zen garden and pool where my children swim, it all feels unreal to me!
