  Perfect couple home

  We moved in Sept 2011 after our wedding and we only have good things to say about our new home. We commend on the security, first of all, because they are doing an excellent job ie from ensuring tenants park at the designated place to security procedures for visitors that enter Northshore. The management is ever helpful from hailing a cab to resolving defects. We had several defects from astro wiring, gas piping, parque flooring but everything was attended to in an orderly and timely manner. Although we do not have children now, but we see ourselves raising our kids here. Some parents are already taking their children to the pool / park.

  Nortshore - Condo living in Desa Parkcity

  The Nortshore seemed a little bare from the lobby on ground floor to the individual floor lobbies. It accentuates that "ghost town" feel overall. Landed properties offer better value and doesnt miss the point of living here in DPC. Northshore does have its merits though mainly privacy but community, I hear, is dead there at the moment. Perhaps it will take time for this to fill up. We have hedged out bets on landed in Zenia which is great!
