  Quality green residential – The Pines Residen

  What I like about The Pines Residence is that it looks like one of those straightforward, no-frills places to stay. Got basic facilities like pool, gym, parking and security, which is enough for daily living. If you work around Gelang Patah, Iskandar Puteri or even need access toward the highway often, the location is still quite convenient.

  Peaceful gated community with excellent manag

  Have been at The Pines Residence for over a year. The forested, green theme is genuine – mature trees and well-landscaped areas surround the development. Gated and guarded with solid security. Units are well-designed. Management is one of the better ones I've encountered – responsive, transparent, and community-oriented. Good access to surrounding amenities. A calm, pleasant residential environment worth recommending.

  The Pines Residence – green living with quali

  Honestly this place feels quite practical for own stay. The unit size is not too small, so for small family or even first-time buyers, it feels more comfortable than many newer compact apartments. The area is not super happening, but for people who prefer something quieter and more residential, quite okay actually.
