  The Treez 2 Bukit Jalil – a decade on, still

  Bought my unit in 2014 and have no regrets. Bukit Jalil's transformation from a predominantly sports hub to a full urban neighbourhood has added tremendous value to the Treez 2 address. Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall, LRT access, and NSE Highway. Management has been excellent throughout. The building is genuinely well-maintained for its age. Good rental yield from professionals working in the Bukit Jalil tech and corporate cluster.
