  For me, The Tresor is more suitable for buyers who want a newer condo with some character, not just another plain high-rise. The lakefront concept is probably one of the stronger selling points, because that gives the project a nicer overall atmosphere if compared with developments that are just surrounded by roads and other buildings. At the same time, I think expectations should still be realistic — this is more of a modern serviced residence for urban living, not some super exclusive luxury development. But if your priority is a newer freehold property in Klang with decent layout sizes, a more polished look, and that Gravit8 township vibe, this one is quite easy to shortlist.

  Honestly The Tresor feels like one of those projects that people will notice first because of the design. The whole Santorini-inspired look is quite different from the usual condo style, so it gives a more fresh and slightly premium feel. But beyond the looks, what I think matters more is that it sits within the Gravit8 area, so the environment has a more planned township feel instead of feeling too random. If own stay, I can see the appeal especially for people who want a newer place in Klang that looks a bit more modern and lifestyle-oriented.
