Solid JB city condo, good access
Stayed at Tri Tower for a few nights while on work in JB. The unit was clean, functional, and had everything needed for a short stay. Views from the higher floors are decent with city and a bit of waterfront visible. The area around JB Sentral is busy and has plenty to eat and do. Getting around JB from here is easy. For a business traveller or short-term stay, it's a practical and well-located option.

Great for Singapore commuters
Living at Tri Tower and commuting to Singapore daily. The location next to JB Sentral is a game-changer—I can hop on the bus or grab a Grab straight to CIQ in minutes. The unit itself is compact but efficient, enough for a single professional or couple. Facilities are fine for the price point. It's a busy area so it won't win any peace-and-quiet awards, but for commuter convenience, it's genuinely hard to beat.

Convenient JB location near the Sentral
I invested in a unit at Tri Tower because of its location near JB Sentral and the CIQ. For anyone working in Singapore or needing to cross frequently, the proximity to the checkpoint is invaluable. The tower has decent facilities—pool, gym, function rooms—and the surrounding area is improving fast with more retail and F&B options. Rental demand from Singaporean commuters is solid. Good mid-range investment in JB city with real fundamentals.
