  Good overall package, loved the pool

  Visited a friend at Triuni and was pleasantly surprised. The rooftop pool area is really nice—great views and well-maintained. Unit was compact but cleverly designed, making the most of the space. Common areas are clean and modern. Management seems attentive. The area has enough for daily needs within driving distance. Not the most central location but for what you pay, the facilities and build quality are above average.

  Bought a unit at Triuni as my first property and I'm really happy with the decision. The pricing was competitive during launch and the developer has delivered a quality product. The lifestyle facilities are strong for the price bracket—sky pool, gym, co-working lounge. Location has decent connectivity and enough amenities for daily needs.   Modern condo with great lifestyle features

  I've been at Triuni Residences for about a year and it's become a place I genuinely look forward to coming home to. The facilities are well thought-out—rooftop pool, BBQ pavilion, yoga deck, gym. Units are modern with a clean aesthetic and good natural light. The management team has been responsive and proactive. It's not the cheapest option in the area but the quality and lifestyle feel justify the price.
