  Lovely township, great for families

  Friends invited me over to their Freesia unit and I came away seriously impressed by the whole township. Everything looks pristine—wide roads, good landscaping, well-kept parks. The residential unit itself was spacious and modern. There's a growing commercial area nearby with decent F&B and conveniences. It's a bit further from KL's core but for families prioritising space, safety, and greenery, Tropicana Aman is a genuine standout.

  Tropicana Aman—a masterclass in township plan

  We bought in Freesia Residences specifically because of the overall Tropicana Aman master plan. The township has everything—parks, schools, commercial hubs, clubhouse facilities. The development feels cohesive and well-thought-out. Our unit is roomy with good finishes and the neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. The green corridor through the township for jogging and cycling is genuinely impressive. Highly recommend for families wanting a lifestyle upgrade.

  Beautiful homes in Kota Kemuning

  I moved into Tropicana Aman Freesia Residences about a year ago and the quality of the development has genuinely exceeded my expectations. The unit is spacious, well-finished, and the layout is practical for family living. The township is beautifully planned with wide roads, parks, and excellent landscaping. KESAS and LDP access make getting to KL or PJ straightforward. The resident community is lovely and the management team is professional.
