  So calm!

  There’s a calming influence the minute you walk into Tropicana Bay Residences. I noticed that when we moved into our apartment here, possibly because of the water bodies or the wood decks or the landscaping. I’m not so sure, but it is so welcoming. We used to live in KL but had invested in this apartment as a second weekend home. However, after a few weekends, we made the shift as my business allows that. The place here is nicer and overall, it's safe to say our family’s quality of life has improved.

  Such an impressive project

  Tropicana Bay residences was an excellent project even on paper. I think I pictured myself living here right when the show flats were ready, and it wasn’t tough to convince my husband too. We've definitely shared some memorable times since we moved in here last year. Penang is a great place to live for young couples. There are schools, restaurants, banks, clinics and petrol stations all in the vicinity.

  Promising development

  I believe that Penang World City holds a lot of promise. Living at Tropicana Bay Residences seems to make it even nicer since the condo offers stunning views of the sea. It’s a properly modern condo with tennis courts, squash courts, badminton halls, an awesome gym and swimming pool. There’s a basketball court too, all built to high standards. Our condo should have a few Olympians! Jokes aside, it’s a wonderful property and I think our investment here was worth it.
