So impressive!
I know I live here so I should be used to it, but after just a few months of living in Tropicana The Residences, this place still feels like an impressive place to live in. The views out of our window show the grand KL skyline, with the twin towerss pretty much next door. I own a Type B2 unit, very spacious for a 2BR and built with attention to detail, exactly the way I like it. -

Good quality of life
My company rented me a luxury apartment at Tropicana The Residences last year when I was transferred to Kuala Lumpur. Soon after, the pandemic brought everything to a standstill and I was living in the apartment and enjoying life at my new home for many weeks till our company’s operations resumed again. Meanwhile, it was a good time to appreciate the quality of the apartment, built with high quality materials, housed with top-notch appliances and furnishings. It’s been the silver lining to a dark year for us. -

Top luxury
When we were looking for a luxury serviced apartment in the heart of the city, there was no better one than Tropicana The Residences. The sky scraper has more than 50 floors and isn't just luxurious but classy too. Sometimes developers throw money with fancy materials and bright lights to make the building look desirable but that doesn’t work in my opinion. The flashiness comes from a bit of minimalism and understatement and this property has that. I absolutely love the rooftop pool with the stunning view of the twin towers, high quality gym and lovely landscaped garden. -
