6)Near shoplots( Starbucks, Old Town White Coffee, Speedmart,KK Mart, 7 Eleven, 3 pharmacies shops ,private clinics, Hero Market, etc)
7)Low density
8)Relatively low maintenance fee
9)Luxury design of Lobby Hall
10)6 lifts for 1 block is ridiculously great
Minus points
1)Management needs to improve better

Family Oriented Residential
From my own experience over the past 1 year I can elaborate on 5 great points:
1)The resident are family-oriented (mostly)
2)Cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained
3)It is serene and tranquil
4)Great amenity and well equipped
5)Strategic location(The best location connected everywhere KL, Klang Valley, Genting Highlands and North/ South highways)
Tuan Residency is not valued highly enough which many should look at it.

It is all about strategic location. The price and the location are somewhat unnoticed for many prospective buyers or renters. Center for any independent commutes to Kuala Lumpur, Damansara, Mont Kiara, Hartamas and Taman Tun Dr Ismail. The title is freehold which gives a long lifespan and an increase in the value of an asset over time. Soon there will be new development called Kuala Lumpur Digital City around the corner will increase the price

Tuan Residency is underrated place to stay
Interconnected with major cities/areas within 10-15 minutes commute by car (KLCC, IKEA Damansara, One Utama, TTDI, Damansara, Mont Kiara, Hospital Selayang, Pasar Selayang)
Soon there will be new development called KL Digital City is nearby which offer more facilities
