  Great investment and stay

  Rented here before deciding to buy. Rental demand is strong around Mont Kiara, and access to DUKE and LDP makes commuting simple. The unit design feels modern and different from typical condos. Happy with the value overall.

  Worth the upgrade

  Upgraded for better facilities and privacy. Kids love the pool, I use the gym often. Freehold status was a big plus for us.
