A Service Apartment with Excellent Facilities

Finding a service apartment with such excellent facilities and a nearby shopping mall in the old neighborhood of Jalan Lang Emas was like a dream come true. The convenience of having a supermarket and multiple F&B choices like Starbucks and AEON at my doorstep is truly amazing. I can't wait for the cinema to open in the future. Renting here at United Point Residence has definitely been a wise decision!

United Point Residence @ North Kiara: A Shopp

As someone who loves spending time in malls, I couldn't have asked for a better living arrangement than the United Point Residence which is like a Community Mall of North Kiara in Segambut KL. The fact that I can simply step out of my home and find myself surrounded by shops like Mr DIY, Aeon, Guardian, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Optical stores, Computer hardware store, Bakery shop, Pet grooming, Chinese, Thai, Korean BBQ RESTAURANTS is a dream come true. It's not just convenient, but also a great way to discover new stores and indulge in my favorite activities.

Staying with the Family: Relaxing and Fun wit

I absolutely love staying here at United Point Residence with my family. It may not have a lot of shops, but that's what makes it so much calmer and beautiful for a weekend hangout. The small park is perfect for my kids to play, with several playgrounds and benches for us to relax, eat and enjoy our time together.
