  Best option in the university area

  Helped a friend search for accommodation near the university and University Prime came out on top. The units are noticeably more modern than competitors in the area, facilities are in good condition, and security is proper. Location is very walkable to campus. The surrounding food and daily amenity scene is fantastic. Price-wise it's slightly higher than older options but worth it for the quality improvement.

  Good investment—always occupied

  My University Prime unit has barely been empty since I bought it. The combination of modern specs and university-adjacent location keeps demand strong. I'm pulling in respectable rental yields and the property has appreciated modestly over the years. Management keeps the building presentable which helps with tenant quality. For a relatively stress-free rental investment with solid fundamentals, University Prime has been a good call.

Being near the university means the community is young and active. LRT accessibility is reasonable and daily amenities are plentiful nearby. For students or young professionals who want something nicer than the typical student flat without moving far from campus, this hits a sweet spot.
