  Solid investment choice

  As someone working in finance, I was quite selective before buying. Freehold status and strong developer reputation gave confidence. Rental demand is steady due to location. Facilities like meeting rooms and lounge are useful when working from home.

  Resort vibes in Jelutong

  The sandy beach pool and jacuzzi cabanas were what sold us. It genuinely feels like a holiday spot. Access to Penang Bridge is super convenient for my daily commute. Despite being high-rise, it doesn’t feel cramped inside the unit.

  Modern home with view

  High floor views are stunning at night. Jogging track and aqua gym are my favourites. Close to city, yet feels private.

  Urban Suites - A Convenient and Comfortable S

  Urban Suites' apartments were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it ideal for our family. The location was unbeatable, with Bukit Bintang, Pavillion, Times Square, and KLCC just a short distance away. We loved the access to the fantastic facilities, like saunas and a large pool. Plus, being able to walk to everything in Bukit Bintang, including trains and buses, was incredibly convenient. It is worth an investment for me and my family.

  Living in the Heart of KL at Urban Suites in

  Our family moved to the Urban Suites in a spacious 2-bedroom unit in Bukit Bintang. It was the perfect size for our entire family and provided a great base for exploring the area and living in the hear of KL. With Jalan Alor just across the road, we had easy access to delicious food options daily.

  Excellent Value for Money and Convenient Loca

  The location is unbeatable, with nearby amenities and convenient public transport options. Urban Suites itself was impeccably clean and tidy. It truly exceeded my expectations and I consider it excellent value for money and for my family to live in.
