Been here for over a year and still impressed. The freehold status in Cheras at this price point is remarkable. Sky Bar and Astronomy Observation Deck are genuinely special amenities. Sunway Medical Centre Velocity (SMCV) is 200m away which gives great peace of mind. Sunway Velocity Mall and MyTown cover all lifestyle needs within walking distance. IKEA Cheras rounds it off. Security and management are both excellent. Well worth it.
