Connoisseur Development Sdn Bhd is the only developer for this property development project and the developer is considerably new in this industry. Hidden gem

A family friend lives at V Summerplace and it's one of those properties that surprises you. The landscaping is beautiful—mature trees, well-tended gardens, a pool that actually looks inviting. Inside the unit it's surprisingly roomy with practical layout. The overall neighbourhood feel is established and calm. It may not have the modern facilities of newer launches but it has charm, space, and character that money can't replicate easily.

Spacious units, serene setting—great family h

We chose V Summerplace because of the spacious unit sizes and the resort-like landscaping. Having three bedrooms and space for a proper dining area is something modern condos rarely offer. The pool and common areas are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The neighbourhood is established and peaceful. Our kids have space to play and the community is genuinely friendly. For a family wanting a proper home rather than a shoe box, V Summerplace delivers.

Charming resort-style condo in PJ

I've been at V Summerplace for several years and still enjoy calling it home. It's a mature resort-style development with lots of greenery, a lovely pool area, and generous unit sizes that you rarely get in newer builds. The PJ location is convenient—good highway access, decent amenities nearby. Management has maintained the building well over the years. It has that established, warm community feel that newer flashier condos often lack.
