  Staying here at Verando Residence has been an absolute pleasure. The comfortable environment and friendly people make it a wonderful place to call home. Being so close to my workplace at Sunway Medical Centre is a major convenience. I also love taking advantage of the in-house amenities, like the playground and swimming pool, for some relaxation. For those who prefer a more active lifestyle, there are plenty of nearby attractions such as jogging tracks, a gym, and shopping centers. Overall, Verando Residence offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment.

  Verando Residence has been the perfect choice for me and my roommates. The affordable rent makes it feasible for us to live comfortably without breaking the bank. The convenience of having the train station at Kampung Dato Harun nearby is a game-changer. It significantly reduces our commuting time and allows us to optimize our daily routine. Moreover, the easy access to Sunway Pyramid, Empire Shopping Gallery, Subang Parade, Amcorp mall, and IOI Shopping mall is a huge bonus. We never run out of things to do or places to explore. Verando Residence is the ideal place for those seeking affordability and convenience.

  Verando Residence - A Perfect Home for Famili

  I am glad I bought a unit here at Verando Residence. The most popular layout and size combination, the 3-bedroom option, is perfect for my family and me. It provides ample space for us to live comfortably. I love the Scandinavian-inspired design of the residence, and the lush greenery surrounding the area is a wonderful addition that reminds me of my hometown. Another advantage is the convenient location right beside the NPE Expressway, allowing easy access to various destinations, including my hometown via the Federal Highway.
