  Very noisy

  Avoid this place at all costs. I’ve been living here for a year and I’m counting down the days until my lease ends. The soundproofing in this building is practically non-existent, but the sheer lack of consideration from the neighbours makes it unlivable.The biggest nightmare is the constant door slamming. The fire doors are heavy, and people just let them fly shut at 2 AM, 4 AM, it doesn't matter. It literally shakes my unit's walls.Since the pandemic, the building has basically turned into a commercial shopping mall. Multiple units on my floor alone are running home businesses. You have people operating home-based baking supplies, hair salons, and online group-buy distribution points out of residential units.

  very noisy building and they have doors that always slam all the time, day and night, illegal home business since the pandemic that make a lot of noise, the playground and shouting kids all afternoon and it is far away from all activities in the city

  Peaceful retirement spot

  We downsized and chose Verdi for the greenery and security. Morning strolls around the lake gardens nearby are refreshing. Facilities are not overly crowded, and neighbours are generally respectful.

  Worthy investment

  Rented here before deciding to buy. Rental demand is solid because of nearby offices and university. Facilities are well maintained and management is responsive. Good value considering it’s freehold and surrounded by greenery.

  Green and smart living

  Moved in 3 years ago and still loving it. The greenery and central garden make it feel peaceful, not like a typical high-rise. The smart community features are practical, especially parcel alerts and security access. Easy drive to Putrajaya and KL too.
