  Almost a decade here!

  Villa Wangsamas has been my home for almost 9 years and counting. We moved in some time after completion of the project and since then, I had briefly moved outstation for two years. During this time we managed to rent the place out. That said, I suppose I am in a unique position to tell you that theplace is wonderful to own and rent. For rent specifically, it is easy to find people due to the great location, and as an owner, I’ve had a hassle-free life here.

  Love the pool

  I've been renting my place here at Villa Wangsamas since 2018. The beautiful building has a lovely lagoon-like pool and very friendly people. Most have been living here since over a decade so they made me feel at home as soon as I moved in. To say I’ve made a lot of friends here would be an understatement. My son goes to SMK Seksyen 5 Wangsa Maju, plus the condo is also close to the Wangsa Maju LRT station which connects to the rest of the city. Plenty of restaurants and eateries are in the vicinity for those of you who like to dine out.

  Been a while

  We didn’t research for properties on the internet a decade ago when Villa Wangsamas was up for grabs so it’s a little strange writing this review now, especially since that I’ve stayed here for over a decade already. Nevertheless, what I can say is that the building has aged well, is nicely maintained and maintenance costs aren’t high. You're probably reading this because you're looking to rent. If so, you won’t go wrong. The apartments are spacious, the neighbourhood is friendly and you will have easy access to retail centres, schools and healthcare in the vicinity.
