    Whether the Management Corporation has the legal power to Convert the Common Passageway - "PICK UP & DROP OFF" of a Building Block to a Car Space/Park allocated to a Subsidiary Proprietor cum Council Member. To my understanding & opinion whether the Management (may) has had Contravenes the Strata Act , Buildings Ordinance, City -Council's law , Regulations &/ Constituted House Rules on: 1) Constituted House Rules: Having the right ,obligation and liberty in common with all the Proprietors on the common passage so enjoyed and used in such a way as not to be interfered unreasonably. 2) Safety Hazards in the event for means of escape from any premises in the event of fire & Emergency and particularly an access to premises for the fire brigade. 3) The Common Passageway : " PICK up & DROP off" bay was -is in the Submitted Approval Site Plan with -by the City Council & Land Office.     Hi Guru Jean Yinn Tq So Much for your prompt response. I've observed from the landmark Court of Appeal Ruling on Muhamad Nazri Muhamad v JMB Menara Rajawali & Anor [2019] 10CLJ547, that the COA held the JMB & JMC do not have the power to fix & impose different rates of the maintenance service charges which are not sanctioned by the SMA, despite (if) the mandate was obtained in a majority resolution at the AGM. To my opinion, there's a limit to the powers of the JMB where's not entitled to fix & collect different rates of maintenance charges beside from the amount in proportionate to the SHARE UNIT of a parcel bears the aggregate share units of all parcels provided in the SMA. PLS HELP CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG. TQ SO MUCH FOR READING MY TEXT WITH YOUR TIGHT SCHEDULE & THE WONDERFUL ENLIGHTENING. KIND REGARDS Stephen
