  Budget-friendly city condo

  I’m renting here while working in Bukit Jalil. Rooms are small but manageable. Got mini-mart, gym, pool.. all basic things covered. The building is old but strong. Best part? No need to spend too much yet still stay near public transport and city spots.

  Decent place with decent price

  For the price, can’t complain. The condo is old but well-kept. Gym and pool are simple but usable. Parking is covered which helps during rain. Traffic can be busy during weekends, but overall, good value for people who just need a place close to KL.

  Good for simple living

  Been staying here for almost a year. The unit isn’t big but just nice for my small family of three. Facilities are okay and the area feels safe with guards always around. The best part is the location as we can get to Sri Petaling or Bukit Jalil LRT fast. Not fancy, but really worth it for the price.

  Good living place

  Lived in this condo since year 2015, no issue so far. Most residents are Chinese, no weird neighbor or ignorant residents. There are APU foreign students, which are monitored by the guards strictly. No any issue faced thus far. The street right in front the condo is just perfect, not so much cars block the road. Real peace and quite. Perfect place to live if you work near OKR, Tech park, OUG or mid valley.
