  Watching Market Demand

  I like having that background when making an investment decision. The unit also gives me an opportunity to understand what businesses are looking for in office space. I find that aspect quite interesting as an owner because it is different from dealing with residential tenants. I am planning to hold the property for the longer term rather than making a rushed decision. For now, I am happy to have this type of asset in my portfolio.

  The property has a professional setting that matches what I was looking for. I also find it easier to manage my expectations.   Established Office Asset

  I currently own a unit at VSQ @ PJ City Centre and bought it with a long term view. It already has an established feel rather than being a very new project. I find the office layout practical for the type of tenants I have in mind. It has been a fairly straightforward property to own.
