I own an office lot in Wisma MBSB and finding tenants has not been too difficult. Many businesses like the practical layout and covered car park provided in the building. Food outlets nearby are another plus point for employees working long hours. The property still serves commercial needs quite well despite its age.

Convenient Location
I bought an office unit in Wisma MBSB mainly for investment purposes and the location has been useful for tenants. There are eateries nearby so staff do not need to travel far during lunch hours. The covered parking also makes daily office routines much easier.
