Bayuemas is an exclusive residential area located in Klang. Bayuemas was completed back in 2012 by I&P group and a leasehold development. I&P Group Sdn. Berhad is a wholly owned subsidiary of S P Setia Berhad. I&P is a property development company in Malaysia with vast experience and flawless track record in the property industry. There are also no shortages of schools near Bayuemas such as, SRJK(C) Wu teck, SJK (T), Ladang Heights, SK Taman Klang Jaya, and SK Kampung Idaman. There are also many tertiary education institutions around such as Wawasan Open University, Peninsula College, INTEC Education College and University Technology MARA. Besides that, there are also many medical hospitals around like Pantai Hospital Klang, Manipal Hospital Klang, Columbia Hospital, and KPJ Specialist Hospital. Similarly, there are many neighbourhood clinics and dental clinics around the town area. Bayuemas have four types of properties available for sale. They are Gemilang 1, Gemilang 2, Gemilang 3 and Bayu 16. Gemilang 1 (73 units) is a double storey terrace house with a built up area ranging from 1,852sqft to 3,627 sqft. Gemilang 2 (94 units) is also a double syorey terrace house, however the built-up area is slightly smaller from 1,987sqft to 2,110sqft. Similarly, Gemilang 3 (52 units) is also a double storey terrace house but the built-up area is from 1,911sqft to 1,928sqft. Bayu 16 is a commercial centre around Bayuemas with a built up area of 3,012sqft to 6,300sqft. The pricing of the house in Bayuemas goes from RM661,800 to RM928,000.
