Bayuemas is an exclusive residential area located in Klang. Bayuemas was completed back in 2012 by I&P group and a leasehold development. I&P Group Sdn. They are Gemilang 1, Gemilang 2, Gemilang 3 and Bayu 16. Gemilang 1 (73 units) is a double storey terrace house with a built up area ranging from 1,852sqft to 3,627 sqft. Gemilang 2 (94 units) is also a double syorey terrace house, however the built-up area is slightly smaller from 1,987sqft to 2,110sqft.
