Updated: 9th May 2021 Formerly known as Carlton Seaview Residences, D’carlton (Residensi Seri Mega), is a freehold serviced apartment located along Jalan Kempas 17, Taman Megah Ria, Masai, Pasir Gudang, Johor. Developed by Goodwill Division Sdn Bhd, this project was initially built for families with a tight budget, but it quickly became one of the most sought-after properties in the neighbourhood by exceeding its goals and expectations.
