Proposal : owner would like to propose this holiday resort for medical tourism usage or
rehabilitation Centre for patients who have just undergone surgical operations, team Building
activity and for relaxation purposes

Description : The subject site is a holiday resort lot with an approximately rectangular shape. It
has a beautiful beachfront and the frontal strip of the land is flat and lies at approximately 50
meters above the frontage road. Most of the site are, however descending in fairly steep towards
the beach having ocean view at cascading land structure.
