Good security, good township. Great investmen

Buying here was a big decision for me, but I see it as an investment in my future. Right now, it’s more space than I need, but I like that the security is strong and the whole township is designed around greenery. I believe this will hold its value well when I start a family in the coming years.

Great place to raise a family

We were looking for a larger home outside Singapore and Rini Homes 8 gave us exactly that. The price was fair, and the township offers greenery and safety for our son. Shops, schools, and Johor Bahru city are close enough, so it doesn’t feel isolated. It’s a very comfortable place to raise a family.

Perfect for our kids

Spacious home, practical layout, and safe for kids. We’re happy with our choice.
