The Ukay Boulevard development project is a commercial shop/office development project that is located in the district of Ampang in the state of Selangor. It is located along Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2, Selangor. The tenure that the development project offers to its tenants is 99-year leasehold. The Ukay Boulevard development project was developed by Capital Trend Asia SDN BHD (CTA) and it was completed in the year of 2011. CTA was first incorporated on November 1997. The main business of CTA is being the project manage for various development project under its subsidiaries, associated and related companies within the CTA Group. The nature of projects that are managed by CTA are gated and guarded housing schemes, shop offices, car parks, hotels, service apartments and malls. Ukay Boulevard is situated in a strategic location which makes it highly accessible. Ukay Boulevard is highly accessible via some of the major roads and highways and those roads and highways include the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Jalan Ulu Klang, DUKE Highway, KESAS Highway and Ampang-KL Elevated Highway. Furthermore, Ukay Boulevard is just within minutes of drive away from Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Wangsa Maju, Gombak, Petaling Jaya, Ampang as well as Cheras. There is also a few bus stop that are located just within walking distance away. Ukay Boulevard was the first commercial development project managed by CTA and it was completed in July 2011. It comprises 21 blocks of 4-storey shop office buildings with lifts and 250 basement car parks along Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), just opposite Zooview near to Taman Melawati. Some other basic facilities are offered by Ukay Boulevard to its workers and tenants. As mentioned above, there is a total number of 250 basement car parks for the workers and tenants. With the car park being in the basement, it is covered and hence the workers and tenants are protected from the rain and sun. Next, there is 24 hours security within Ukay Boulevard to ensure the safety and security of the people and the building itself. Last but not least, there is a mini mart for the convenience of purchasing basic daily necessities. There is no information regarding the launching details of Ukay Boulevard. Other development projects that are within the same area include Tiara Ampang, Ampang Prima, One Ampang Avenue, Residensi Bistaria, D'Pines @ Ampang and Ampang Boulevard.
