2 out of 3 MCs who re-elected themselves (office bearer > 2 terms / MC >3 terms) voted not to waste time going for open tender for Condo Repainting Project (foreseen inflation may increase the cost).
As new MC, my vote is against it, however if based on majority vote, they may proceed not complying to COB Pekeliling (open tender >RM100k). Should I resign to avoid getting myself in trouble if one reported to COB?
