A property in Malaysia is jointly own by my parent . My father passed away recently. His will gives his share to my mother. The question is : will the property ownership automatically transfer to my mother 100%? Or she need to apply for the transfer?
If so, what is the process ?

Yes, you will still need to do the necessary transfer by submission certain documents including taking oath in front of commissioner of oath.

If there is an appointment lawyer for the Will, you can let him/her to assist for the transfer of ownership Maklumat lanjut
