Am looking to buy a condo, there are around 40 floors in one block. Is it ok to buy a House facing highway, which is around 300 metres away from it? What's the minimum level (e. g. 20?) should i choose to reduce the noise and dust from the highway to optimum?
Please help! Thank you for your opinion.

Hi, My advice is not if got other choice. it's generated noise from the vehicles 24 hours. Unless you really like the location. You better feel it yourself by visit on site. Hope it's help. Morgan Koh 016-696 8923  Maklumat lanjut

from my experience first and ground floor is the most quiet for unit facing the highway. no other choice except choosing the project where developer using double glazed windows to reduce noice or double windows noice reduction (balcony lanai once layer to block the noice and another sliding door to reduce another noice level). also a thick curtains can help to absorb noice.
