Any one know whether MUTIARA SENTUL CONDOMINIUM (jln 9/48A, 51000 Sentul, KL) is constructed by which Developer? i heard the current Developer had bankrupted before the Strata title issued, the condo now whithout strata title & having problem to tranfer title-ship between seller & purchaser? can any one comfirm about this issue?? your opinion is much appreaciate as i am looking forward to invest in this condo. Thanks
