Hi, you can buy a subsale condo build before 2014, there should be no problem. But the seller need to bear RPGT (REAL PROPERTY GAIN TAX). Usually the owner dont want to sell it before 5 years due to the tax. Can i know which area are you looking for a condo? Your Trustee Realtor, Mr Shah (REN29515) 017-265 7503
