hi iam Mr Chan from G E Tan Realty Sdn Bhd, may i ask your house if furnished or unfurnished? and the bedrooms and bathroom your unit have?
for unfurnished rental price is around RM600. you can consider to furnished it to increase your rental price or rent out room by room.
