Can i claim from renovation deposit of RM5K? Downstairs neighbor renovated , knocked down walls, lots of drilling and its vibration cracked my unit walls. Building management came to investigate and also obtained a quote for repairs RM3600.
If yes i may then when building management can disburse my claim. Owner downstairs continues to deny its his renovation that caused my walls to cracked
