Can I know why type A 850sqft for the M-Vertica project some come with 2 carpark and some only 1 carpark but same price. Agent lie or else?

Hi, M-Vertica different block has different package and the car park minimum has 1 car park.

During M Vertica launch lower floor unit base on come with 1 car park.
Those higher floor is come with 2 car park compare the selling price of the property is more higher.
If you facing car park lot not enough ,can apply rent with some owner who have extral car park lot. Maklumat lanjut

    The agent initial said all type A 850sqft come with 1 carpark only. But now ask mahsing again they got offer 2 parking too on 850sqft even lower price.
