can we stamp the tenancy agreement while doing tenancy renewal? and can we just submit the memorandum of understanding letter only to be stamp?

if you are doing physical stamping, kindly bring along the 2 sets of agreements which have been signed by both parties and IC copy of your tenant.

if by e-stamping, just need to submit the cover, signature page and schedule page and IC copy to LDHN website. Maklumat lanjut
