Hi, I grew up at Bukit Beruang since I was a kid. Honestly speaking buying from that area is a good investment as you can see the rental is so high it can help you to pay for your installment. Besides, if you would like to stay there, it would also be a good idea because you have all the amenities there such as restaurants, shops, petrol kiosk and schools are nearby.
