Dear Guru, I have a unit cluster house at Nusa Duta 2 looking for rent or for Sale. Can anyone can advise me what is the fair value? I have been asking few agents to help me for coming to a year already but still no result. Have any of the guru have tenant on hand looking for that area please pm me. Thank you Sandy
