Dear Sir, if I have my friends land for sale. He had told me that, if i can get a buyer he will give me some commission. I have someone who is interested in the said land but would like to know more on what are the processes involved in selling a land. i.e. what are the documents involved? And would appreciate if someone can share with me how can I succeed in this deal. Thx
