Gd Morning. I would like to know if its possible to purchase a house without providing any down payment. I am 25, earng around 3.3k and have no bank commitment except for my credit card. Would like to hear from you on this. TQ.

NO. All contracts require consideration. In real estate Sale & Purchase the consideration is the downpayment. May not necessary be 10% of the purchase price although this is a common practice. Maklumat lanjut
