Hello Gurus, I need your expertise on SPA - maintenance related issue. Recently the condo I bought is ready, however, it was brought to my attention that the maintenance fee is different than what I signed on the SPA. The developer said the maintenance fee on the SPA is not final. Can they do that? Thanks in advance gurus!

Usually the amount of maintenance charges are not mentioned in the SPA as it can vary based on costs calculation over a period of time. Developers will only give an estimated per sq ft charge. However, if it is mentioned in the SPA then it depends on how it is worded to form the contract. Your lawyer who assisted you in the SPA should be able to advise you further.
