Hello, I am a Malaysian and I am jobless now. I have some investments and some incomes overseas. I haven't pay any tax in Malaysia since I don't have any business and job in Malaysia. In this case what should I do in order to be eligible to purchase property? Thank you

Hi, if you plan to purchase a property via mortgage loan you need to provide the income from oversea and the investment can act as a supporting.
